December 1, 2007 The light display at Cawthra Park is a memorial to those who are no longer with us and to raise awareness about HIV and AIDS. December 1st is World AIDS Day.

The LONDON AIDS MEMORIAL will symbolise the diverse, creative, multi-cultural, innovative, energy of our Capital City and chosen by a Design Competition Panel from a brief supplied by The LONDON AIDS MEMORIAL CAMPAIGN TEAM. It’s location will be decided as we progress with local authorities and private funding.
